Account Manager - Doha, Qatar
Pitch works with global sports rights holders in media rights, advisory & distribution, programme production/film, event management, hospitality & commercial, sponsorship and brand partnerships.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Account Manager to join our partnership team in Doha, contributing to the success of high-profile global sports marketing projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in rights delivery, sponsorship activation, and client servicing, looking to grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Contractual rights management and delivery:
- Assist in maintaining relationships with Qatari entities, local and international rights holders.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and internal coordination with precision and professionalism.
- Provide administrative and logistical support across projects.
- Support Account Directors and Senior Account Managers and take the lead on projects as needed.
- Execute and deliver contracted rights, managing approvals and maintaining deadlines.
- Balance priorities while proactively identifying and managing critical issues.
Sponsorship activation, delivery and campaign support:
- Assist in the development and execution of activation plans aligned with client KPIs.
- Coordinate elements of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, experiential, and broadcast.
- Draft activation briefs and liaise with third-party suppliers and agencies to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track campaign performance, compile post-campaign reports, and contribute to insights for future activations.
- Assist in managing budgets and preparing reports to support effective project delivery.
Project and team coordination:
- Manage timelines, asset approvals, and key deliverables across various workstreams
- Ensure internal systems and documentation are kept up to date.
- Take ownership of specific project elements and report on progress to senior colleagues.
What you will have:
Proven Expertise:
- Experience in account management preferably within the sports sponsorship industry
- Strong understanding of the sports marketing landscape and a passion for live sport.
Communication and Organisation:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Collaboration & Drive:
- A team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a high-performing, fast-moving team.
Adaptability:
- Comfortable working across time zones and in a multicultural environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.
